This policy explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, and how I handle it. I take your privacy seriously and handle your information in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
“I” and “me” refer to Kim, the sole operator of Unrehearsed.
What I collect and why
When you book a session or discovery call I collect your name, email address, and any information you provide through Cal.com when scheduling. This is used solely to arrange and conduct our coaching sessions.
When you message me on WhatsApp Your phone number and message content are shared with me through WhatsApp (operated by Meta). I use this only to respond to your enquiry and coordinate sessions. WhatsApp’s own privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
When you subscribe to my mailing list I collect your email address to send you occasional updates, reflections, and coaching-related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and I will remove your address promptly.
When you make a payment Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. I do not store your credit card or bank account details. The payment provider handles your financial data under their own privacy policy and security standards.
During and after coaching sessions I may keep session notes to support continuity between sessions and to serve you better as a client. These notes are stored digitally and kept confidential. I do not share session notes with anyone without your explicit consent unless required by law.
When you visit this website This site uses Google Analytics and standard hosting analytics (via Hostinger) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and how long people spend on them. These tools may use cookies and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How I use your data
I use your personal data only for the purposes described above: to deliver coaching services, to communicate with you, and to improve this website. I do not sell your data to anyone. I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who I share your data with
I do not share your personal data with third parties except:
- Service providers that help me run my practice — specifically Cal.com (scheduling), my email service provider (mailing list), my payment processor, and Google Analytics. These providers access only the data they need to perform their function.
- Legal obligations — if I am required to disclose information by law or by a court order in Singapore.
I do not share client session notes with anyone without your explicit consent.
How I protect your data
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Session notes are stored in password-protected systems. However, no method of digital storage or transmission is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long I keep your data
- Enquiry and booking data: kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver services, then deleted within 12 months of our last interaction.
- Mailing list: your email is kept until you unsubscribe.
- Session notes: retained for up to 12 months after our final session to support any follow-up, then deleted. If you would like your notes deleted sooner, let me know.
- Website analytics: handled according to Google Analytics and Hostinger’s standard retention settings.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics purposes. Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use this website.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore’s PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent for me to collect, use, or disclose your data (though this may affect my ability to provide services to you).
